Bum Out Week
I got my hair cut yesterday under interesting premise. B, W & I went to the CoDev Dinner on Friday night...It was snooze fest and but the company was good. I really enjoyed spending time with W. And B. They are funny cool. We then went back to B's Place and crashed.
Happy Sushi....Crazyness occurred again ...I had sushi for all three meals on Saturday! More on that later.
After a huge Japanese lunch that W. Suggested we went to drop of some to his mom and she insisted I get a trim. Now the interesting piece of the pie is this, She owns the Salon but doesn't usually cut people's hair. I was her guinea pig! She did a great job though. L., W's mom is tres nice and always smiling. I was a little hesitant for the hair cut but alas it turned out great. W. Even put in a hand and trimmed the back for me.
I took our left overs back for Dug's supper and he loved it. We chatted and hung for a bit then my sister calls and asks us to come out for dinner. I didn't eat yet but dug had...He heh the gainers gluttons we are of course we went for dinner again. The winner is this. It's the korean/japanese restaurant behind our house so it was just a minute away. We ate like queens...Sushi rules!
I will try to get the pictures of my hair cut up as soon as I figure how to get them off my phone. Cheers

The Countdown has begun...Summer is creeping in and I can't wait. All my summer friends are slowly comeing out of the woodwork and contacting me and booking dates at all that jazz...Yipee
Recently been back on MSN Messanger way to much and chatting with folks. That is how I reconnected with J. I am so extremely happy to that he put me up to speed about his life and everyone else. EXTREMELY happy that R & A are GONE GONE GONE! The fricky fricks were the primary reason that I lost touch with J in the first place.

Strawberries and Chocolate
Doesn't Costco just about rule!
I mean really?
I bought so much strawberries -- I will be shitting (mmmmmm.cake)it for next five days. We have strawberries in everything right now...I man a strawberry vinnie dressing, strawberry smoothies, strawberry on ice cream, strawberry milkshake, strawberries salad, compote, & so far strawberries and chocolate...Only problem was I made so much and ate so much I am sitting here unable to sleep.

They served something with a major strawberry in the centre. It was big, bold and Beeeeuuuuaaaattttaaaaaffffulll (Jim Carey) anyway I ate it and loved it and from hence forth babeee strawberries rox my sox.

Best weekend in a long while...
Sorry for the last message...Was using B's computer and then it kind did something strange and I lost everything so I was so frustrated and couldn't possibly write all of it again so I gave up...But that was yesterday.
What a strange and wonderful weekend I am having...
On Friday, B, W, S, and I went out for sushi and it was GOOOOD! Actually it was just okay but then you can't go too far bad with tempura and donburi. We hung out and had blast just fooling about. It ended up being a late night for W and I -- the skytrain stopped running so we had no way of getting home. DUH! I was to tired to drive and W was way to far gone to even think about venturing home alone.
All throughout it all we chatted about gainers...But THAT is a whole other story.
Bowling two days in a row...What the frick. On Saturday we met R1 and went to lunch near the house and bowling. Dim sum is great. Gainers rule heheh private joke.
This weekend rocked...I started out wanting to account the entire thing but you know I don't think I could do it justice if I spilled out all on here so I will continue to enjoy the silence.

With Mon. not going I am left at the helm. FRICK-ity Frick, what a job. Rugrats and green leaders -- I really have work cut out for me. Not only that but this year we have more going then we have had in a very long while. I can't believe that this marks my 7th year. I love the pace and love doing it but SHHHITTTTE its a load of work.
No complaints no regrets. tty

It's a little bit funny
Okay so it got a little crazy at the zone house yesterday and I lost my free connection so it wasn't possible to blog myself out to you.
So everything went out like clockwork and man those awesome volunteers that help with running around and getting voters out really deserve a giant hug. They were awesome. The hospitality of the zone house owners were fantastic too. I was so impressed with the level of cooperation it may just bring a tear to my eye...I said one tear....Snap out of it...The end result was that David won his riding and that is fantastic.
I didn't go to the Vancouver Victory Party as I motored over to see the result in Burnaby. Unfortunately it was such great news over there. Bart and Gabriel both lost by a thin margin.
Overall with 34 seats in the house, it has been a victory. At least I think it is. I wasn't expecting the sweep of 34 but I was ballparking in the 20's. I am happy and very tired today...The best part of it all was in the CTV coverage James was getting more on screen time then the Incumbent Premier. His just a dick, and not in a good way.

TAKE OFF EH?
Just call me zone house co-ordinator...hehehhe so its E-Day. Yipeee! With very little sleep I made it here with minimal trouble...The house was little hard to find which is I think the reason I don't have my volunteers showing up on time but I'm sure it will all work out soon enough...I will be posting hopefully through out the day with reposts.

Final Countdown
On my e-day package it say to get an early sleep...So here I am after two hours of sleep, wide awake and way to zombied out to get back to bed. The candidate's office just called me at 10:00pm. I had convinced dug to get into to bed early...We crawled in at 8:00pm. Yipee thanks for waking me up...
I think that the election will go fine even if we don't win. I am less optimistic about it but I'm keeping it real...Whatever that means.
Elections BC is hopeful that voter turnout will be increase by 5% from the 55% in the last Provincial Election. If early polling has given any indications it should be good tomorrow. It has been reported that early polling has been busy in most areas.
Fingers crossed.
Wish us all a smooth ride tomorrow. And we'll celebrate at the victory party.

What a great day
It was a great thing to take my mind off of the shit around me...
B, W, & R all came out and we went bowling...What a fun thing to do on a wet Sunday afternoon. I am glad that I have been given the opportunity to meet theses folks. They are really good, and I'm just saying that cuz they might read this.... heheheh
Anyway we had a interesting discussion on Gainers at dinner and on MSN...What the holy hell...Am I a encourager? I would like to think not but then again I convinced them to all go to an all you can eat place!!! OMG there was so many hotties around me...I'm talking about the people at my table. Anyway, for the record I am not a gainer nor do I think I am an encourager.

I tried and tried but she hit me with another jab and I took me to rock bottom again. All my positive thoughts and wondrous phone calling was all reduced down to her little sarcastic jab. BBBBBBIIIIIIITTTTTTCCCCCCHHHHHHH!
I think I logged a few hundred phone calls yesterday. Mostly positive and mostly friendly...There will always be a few who really take opportunity to zing you. I got one phone call...I should post his phone number...He really got me good but I played sweet and thanked him for calling me a asshole and all. I really appreciated his support etc...That made him even more insane. Finally after my final thank you he hung up...heheheheh I guess I too am a bitch!

I used to have more time to enjoy movies...Will those days return to me?

Okay so now onto my rant. Yesterday was going pretty good and I maintained my mantra until about 4:00pm at which time I was getting tired calling rude people and getting hang ups, reading the same four sentences in to answering machines and all that shit. So I turn around and I see a fellow Asian who may be able to answer my Chinese related questions so I go ahead and ask her...in Chinese, naturally...well from outside of the conversation I hear the election manager make a snarky comment about how I resisted using my language on the phone for two day...WHAT the frick! Is she kidding me? I kind lost it and gave her a look, I didn't say anything to her but I was pissed...who does she think she is?
Anyway that may not have been coherent but its off my chest now and I am moving on.
Today I have to go in to get trained for E-Day!!! Time is up! And what about the Single Transferable Vote...will it go or not...Some links for more confusion...

Dug and I voted yesterday...I had a frank discussion on the STV with my riding candidate and we debated a little bit about it...I had some major/minor concerns that he was not fully aware of. Regardless I chose to vote positivly for change in the regarding the STV.

Going in later today...For day three...Positive thoughts -- happy outlook.
Last night we had metro elections and a social. Just a quick reference to alcohol...I think that we seriously need to take a look at why people are driven by the need to drink. OR... Is it the other way around. Alcohol drives people. Is it a viable body fuel for some? As an observation over the many years of watching people getting tanked it is interesting that people become more talkative, more social, more relaxed (even slutty), and more obnoxious. The list goes on but again I am sitting here alone bashing the life blood for soooo many people. Its sad but true. I wished in an ideal world everyone would get major alcohol poisoning once and then they may get turn off of alcohol. I guaranteed that a quarter of those in attendance last night would not have come if it was a dry social....And that is all I have to say about that.
Election updates...eer do I really care? I am at the brink ready to jump today. Had a stupid dream about the elections and canvassing yesterday. Positive thoughts...Positive thoughts...

I will be flexible, I will be social, I will be a team player, and I will....fuck it! This self mantra stuff suxs. I will go tell everyone I meet to go fu** themselves. hehheeh kidding...

This was day two at David Chudnovsky's NDP office. I gotta say I hate it so far. I would rather be at work if you can believe that.
It has nothing to do with the NDP or David...His campaign team is not bad either but the calumniation of it all is what is making the experience difficult. Maybe it is the fact that the elections are only a few days away and all the work and bashing and researching and talking is coming to end. The final outcome will be so close that the anticipation of winning or losing may be anti-climatic.
The arseholes from IUO*, Chester and some other fucted up fatso, came into the office today to make a donation. The smoozed as they are so good at doing. I really can't stand the fact that they use a lot of money of their members and waste it. Don't get me started...
Too late...I go back to just one example...The COPE fundraiser...4 tables that's 400.00 bucks and not one of those seats was taken by the President!!! What is up with that. It must burn the asses that they lost the case they had against the executive regarding the 2002 elections.
Oh well I guess it has become kinda personal but I should take a step back and let it all go cuz I have no control over how they run their own house.
Anyway back to the stuff at hand. Today I was canvassing seniors...We all know how much I love them, but none the less I did the canvassing. They are very angry about everything to do with elections. They were angry about the Liberals, NDP and voting in general. On woman almost turn her hose on at me...WHAT THE FRICK!

I'm so there!
Its 4:21 am and I am sitting here thinking about way to much...I am stress to the hilt about love, life & politics -- a bad combination.
I also wondering is this bout of insomnia is related to this above and then it added to the stuff rolling around in my head and that mixture continues to keep me up at night. Then I am cranky and tired the next day at work and the cycle continues. Hopefully all that will change once the elections are over. I hoping....
Beginning on Wednesday, I will be at DC's office doing who knows what.
I finished the TAG2 invites all 500 of them in record time yesterday. That is one stress that is off my chest. Now KCB's work project is another thing. Work has me running around with incompatible technology and it drives me nuts. I did find out "the password" to the deep freeze program. That is a gold nugget!

Work has me running around with incompatible technology and it drives me nuts. I did find out "the password" to the deep freeze program. That is a gold nugget!
